How do I place a sample order with you?

Can I also purchase from you as a regular retail shopper?
Yes, simply search Keikihouse on Amazon, eBay or if you have Facebook account, just click 'Buy Now' in our Facebook page. 

Where do you deliver the merchandise?
We provide shipping to all over the globe. Please refer to the specific shopping platform for detail.

What is your return policy?
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from us in order to process your return. An official confirmation email will be sent to you for return procedure and detail. Return item must be in it's original packaging and none used. We do not cover your return shipping cost. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your original purchasing price. Original shipping & handling cost will not be refunded.  

How fast can you deliver?
We normally ship out items within 3 business days (after Paypal payment completed) with Standard US Post Service or UPS ground unless specified. Shipping charge varies. 



How do I pay you?

We currently only accept Paypal payment method. Sorry for inconvenience caused. For Volume buyer, we will send you a Paypal invoice. For Retail buyer, simply use the shopping platform provided payment method. 

Do you provide credit terms for volume buyer?

Sorry, we do not offer credit terms at the moment. However, Paypal also offer Bill Me Later.
